Wonderful office with incredible staff. Front desk (Melissa) is so welcoming and calm that she sets the perfect introduction to the office. She was organized and made the paperwork and insurance process very simple. Then I got to see Nina, the hygienist, who was so sweet and gentle while taking x-rays and charting; probing pocket depths can be painful but she was so light handed that it was comfortable! She was thorough and precise with everything. Then I got to meet Dr Holland who is genuinely kind and an excellent dentist; I knew he was very skilled and careful with patients and it was a huge relief to know that he would be my dental provider now. I’m so grateful to be a patient at Mount Pisgah Dental!

DH (Sherry) is fabulous, checks in constantly and asks for consent during the process, very good explanations of what’s going on and why, and super gentle with cleaning/X-ray work. Pre-appt paperwork is a great idea and saves a lot of time (love the emphasis on the sleep questionnaire). Had all of my questions answered by office admin, DH, and dentist. Quality fo care is phenomenal and they’re great about scheduling, giving directions to the office, and even gifted me a “welcome to the practice” goodie bag. Warm and modern office space, innovative and modern approaches to cleaning/dentistry work, and they really put effort into making a positive experience for clients.
