Excellent service from the time I made an appt as a new client through to follow-up after my visit. DH (Sherry) is fabulous, checks in constantly and asks for consent during the process, very good explanations of what’s going on and why, and super gentle with cleaning/X-ray work. Pre-appt paperwork is a great idea and saves a lot of time (love the emphasis on the sleep questionnaire). Had all of my questions answered by office admin, DH, and dentist. Quality fo care is phenomenal and they’re great about scheduling, giving directions to the office, and even gifted me a “welcome to the practice” goodie bag. Warm and modern office space, innovative and modern approaches to cleaning/dentistry work, and they really put effort into making a positive experience for clients.
